A woman who was hit by a car after it mounted the pavement in Clapton is not in a life-threatening condition.
Police were called to Upper Clapton Road close to the junction with Brooke Road at around 10.40am on Sunday (September 22).
A car had collided with a pedestrian, and the Metropolitan Police says she was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Video footage posted online appears to show the moments leading up to the crash.
A silver car travelling along the road can be seen to suddenly veer off course, before colliding with a bike rack and a woman on the pavement.
The woman can be seen rolling off the car’s bonnet before coming to a rest nearby. The car almost immediately comes to a stop.
Passers by rush to the woman’s aid, as well as what looks like one of the people in the car.
London Ambulance Service has confirmed that it sent an ambulance crew to the crash.
Police have confirmed that they spoke to the driver of the car, and that they were not arrested.
