Police seized a gun as a man was arrested after a stabbing.
Police were called to reports of a knife attack in City Road, Hackney, on Monday (August 26) at about 1.50am.
A man in his 40s was found with stab injuries. Officers gave him first aid and he was rushed to hospital.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The Metropolitan Police says another man, who is in his 20s, was arrested in the same area and was taken into custody for questioning.
A gun was also recovered at the time.
