A teenager charged with the fatal shooting of a woman in Clapton has appeared in court over other charges linked to the murder probe.
Lianne Gordon, 42, died at the scene of the shooting in Vine Close on December 5 last year, in which two other people were injured.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with her murder, as well as the attempted murder of a 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy.
He appeared at Stratford Magistrates’ Court yesterday (March 5) charged with threatening a person with a blade in relation to an earlier alleged incident in Vine Close on October 1 last year.
The youth has also been charged with possession of a firearm with intent, possession of a bladed article and affray in relation to an alleged incident in Rendlesham Road, which connects to Vine Close, on December 2.
Police have previously said Elijah Sereki, 20, of Worsley Grove, Clapton, has been charged with these same offences and will appear in custody at the Old Bailey on Friday (March 8).
The two alleged incidents on October 1 and December 2 last year are being investigated by detectives leading inquiries into the murder of Lianne Gordon.
The teenager will next appear at the Old Bailey on March 27.
