A pub is on the market for £1.5 million only a year after it was newly refurbished.
The Coach & Horses in Stoke Newington High Street has been listed for sale by estate agents Fleurets.
The pub, which is on the market for £1.5 million, comes with two self-contained manager’s flats above the main bar.
The premises, which occupy a Grade II listed building, also hold an alcohol and live music licence that extends throughout much of the day, seven days a week.
The pub is described by Fleurets as “a three-storey Victorian-style” property with timber painted frontage and sash windows.
The first floor flat contains a double bedroom, en-suite and open plan lounge and kitchen.
There is a larger three-bedroom flat with associated living areas on the second floor.
The pub is for sale just over a year after it re-opened in May 2022 following a significant refurbishment.
It currently trades as a wet pub with space for around 45 covers, often hosting live music events and quizzes.
More information, including how to book onto the open house viewing sessions can be found on the Fleurets website.
