Part of a Stoke Newington home was destroyed in a blaze on Monday night.
About 21 firefighters spent 90 minutes tackling the fire in Barbauld Road.
The dedicated crews from Stoke Newington, Holloway and Homerton fire stations worked from 10.19pm until 11.46pm to get the blaze under control.
Part of the first floor was damaged by fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
